Sequential test as inventory system automatic warehouses and warehouses with high inventory security.

With just 30 items to count, you will achieve a 100% result. An additional test is necessary only in the case of flawed inventories. . Then additional items are selected. Otherwise, these 30 items are sufficient and you have completed your inventory!

Essentially, inventory with STASEQ follows this procedure:

  • The inventory data are transmitted to STASEQ as a file.
  • A random number generator selects the few items to be counted from your inventory.
  • The items are counted and reported back to STASEQ.
  • After the report of the counts, you get a seamless analysis.
  • Then the result graphic that shows you the trend towards the acceptance range is made available automatically.
  • If no deviations were detected, the inventory is complete. Only if the result lies in the redo range will STASEQ examine other items.
  • The system creates all auditing documents (inventory documents) automatically precisely according to the guidelines of the auditors’ institute.
