Inventory system for retail trade..

Approximately 10 – 30% of the items give you a 100% picture of your showroom. You thus reduce your counting effort by more than 70%! In addition to STAVER, we also offer you the opportunity to complete your inventory.. For many years, our partner SIGMA has been conducting inventories with STAVER for well-known retail trade companies.

Essentially, inventory with STAVER follows this procedure:

  • STAVER calculates the counting interval according to the provisions desired by the IDW (German Institute of Auditors) and AWV (Consortium for Economic Management e.V.).
  • You (or your provider) count in your showroom and/or warehouse according to the documents prepared by STAVER.
  • The report of the counts is made directly into the system via BDE (scanner) or document reader.
    The stock value is determined precisely according to the regulations.
  • The auditing documents (inventory documents) are created by STAVER precisely according to the guidelines of the IDW (German Institute of Auditors) and AWV (Consortium for Economic Management e.V.).


STAVER runs on Windows 2000 and XP. The system installs quickly and requires little training effort. STASEQ has been tested by leading auditing companies and is recognized by the authorities.
You can purchase or rent STAVER; in either case, your investment will pay for itself with the first inventory.
